Full-Time Marketing Relationship Manager –

American Restoration, a trusted disaster restoration contractor serving the Carolinas since 1971, is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our presence in the surrounding areas. This full-time role focuses on generating referral leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services to residential and commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships in assigned territory
- Attend networking events and local industry functions
- Drive daily to customer locations and maintain a routing plan
- Coordinate promotional events and assist in marketing efforts
- Meet weekly sales and referral goals
- Use CRM software to track activities and contacts
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years B2B in marketing/sales (restoration, insurance, plumbing, or construction industries a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, a plus
- Strong people skills, self-motivation, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willing to travel within territory and attend after-hours events
- Must be able to lift and transport items needed to set up events
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required; minimum age 21 for insurance requirements
- Background check and drug screening required
