What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Liaison position at Rush Copley Medical Center?
The Customer Service Liaison proactively ensures a warm friendly welcome and initial impression for visitors, patients and families as they enter the hospital lobbies. Greets and provides directions to their respective destinations. The liaison answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, physician offices, contact people, hours of operation, visiting hours, wayfinding, etc. Provides appropriate screening of visitors, assists in problem solving as indicated. Escorts visitors/patients to their location if needed, and helps to ensure an excellent hospital experience in keeping with the Rush Copley Promise behaviors.
