• Ownership of Mazak lathe operations to produce precision parts that meet spec.
• Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation to inform setups and checks.
• Continuous monitoring of cycles; make adjustments to maintain quality and throughput.
• Routine maintenance and first-level troubleshooting to protect uptime.
• Orderly, safe work area with adherence to all shop safety practices.
• Active collaboration to improve processes and productivity.
• Accurate documentation of production data and timely reporting of issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining training/certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Mazak lathes or equivalent CNC turning platforms.
• Working knowledge of machining methods and shop standards.
• Ability to read and apply information from blueprints and technical docs.
• Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Detail-focused, proactive problem solver.
• Team-oriented, yet comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with a safety-first approach.
