**[General Responsibilities (Essential Functions)]{.underline}**

• HR support to the HR Manager and Administrative Team as well as all employees, assisting with personnel processes, records management, and compliance activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations; monitor and maintain records of employment reviews, wage changes, and job classification updates.
• Coordinate the employee recruitment process and conduct new employee orientations, including benefits overview and documentation.
• Provide support for employee benefit enrollment, changes, and administration, ensuring compliance and professional assistance with benefit-related inquiries.
• Engage in ongoing training and meetings to remain current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

]{.underline}**Two years of college or an associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or four years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably supporting management or HR functions ***or **a*ny combination of education and experience would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.
