Position Summary:
Rural Psychiatry Associates is seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Marketing Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting internal and external marketing efforts, coordinating with third-party marketing partners, and managing patient and partner communications. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting RPA's services, locations, and educational programs while ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with third-party marketing vendors to implement campaigns and support brand consistency
- Draft and distribute patient letters regarding provider changes, staffing updates, and location communication
- Coordinate internal communications such as employee newsletters and organizational updates
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to support RPA's marketing initiatives and messaging needs
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support outreach and strategic growth
- Serve as the liaison with partner sites for promoting and supporting RPA's education program
- Develop marketing materials and content for print, email, and digital platforms
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of communication plans across departments and sites
- Support internal branding and engagement efforts to strengthen organizational culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience with marketing platforms, email tools, and design applications
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
