Position Details
- Full-Time - 11AM-8PM
- In-Office Position – Grand Forks, ND
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care access
- Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
- Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
What We're Looking For

- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Healthcare scheduling or EHR experience preferred
