Financed Agents receive a base salary along with commissions and bonuses. Most new agents start at around $48,000 in salary, with additional earnings from commissions and bonuses. First-year average earnings typically fall in the $75,000 to $85,000 range, with no cap on income potential. As Financed Agents transition into Career Agent roles, income continues to grow through new business production and retention.
