What You Will Be Doing:

·      Having real chats with real people about their insurance needs

·      Identifying and offering solutions that will help people in life (home, auto, business, life)

·      Collaborating and seeking continuous knowledge and growth both individually and together as an agency

·      Taking care of our fabulous customers!

·      Crushing your goals and establishing a fulfilling career for yourself!

What We Are Looking for:

·      Character – People skills are a must!

·      Someone who loves a good challenge and hates losing at board games

·      A coachable attitude

·      Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or wanting to be)

·      Sales experience is a plus!

·      Confidence in making outbound calls
