Waitstaff

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Refill beverages and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Report customer concerns or complaints to management when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
