Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and public area cleaners.

Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hotel standards.

Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor work performance.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.

Develop and maintain cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance team to address guest requests, special needs, and room readiness.

Train and support housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.

Maintain accurate records of room status, staff schedules, and departmental reports.
