  • Coordinate with external suppliers to obtain closed captions and audio descriptions, and verify accessibility deliverables meet required standards
  • Support digital signage workflows, including content preparation, updates, deployment, and basic troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot video, audio, playback, and workflow issues encountered by production teams
  • Provide general technical support related to media formats, delivery requirements, and production workflows
  • Follow established workflows and documentation while contributing to ongoing process improvements
  • Prepare billing information and track work orders associated with media services and deliverables

As an Applicant, You Bring:

  • Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using cloud‑based tools, including OneDrive or similar file‑sharing and collaboration platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with video encoding, transcoding, and delivery specifications
  • Experience ingesting media from camera cards and external storage devices
  • Working knowledge of video and audio QC principles and common technical issues
  • Basic proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and mission when supporting productions
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work in a production environment
  • Ability to work well in group and highly collaborative environments

Bonus if You Have

  • Familiarity with secure file transfer platforms
  • Experience supporting accessibility workflows, including closed captions and audio description
  • Experience with scripting or automation using tools such as PowerShell or Python
  • Experience supporting high‑volume media pipelines, live events, or digital signage systems
  • Experience reimaging Windows PCs and setting up production or workstation environments, including OS installation, configuration, and baseline application/tool setup
