ACC Administrative Assistant/ Compliance Coordinator

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this role supports architectural review processes, compliance enforcement, and daily office operations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between homeowners, committees, and internal teams while helping uphold community standards.

Key Responsibilities

ACC & Administrative Support

  • Review and process architectural modification requests and appeals
  • Coordinate with the Design Review Committee and prepare meeting materials/minutes
  • Communicate decisions and respond to homeowner inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems
  • Assist with training for homeowners and committee members

Compliance & Inspections

  • Conduct property inspections for covenant compliance
  • Issue and follow up on violations
  • Document homeowner communications and maintain detailed records
  • Coordinate with internal teams on enforcement and escalations

Operations & Customer Service

  • Support annual meetings and community events
  • Assist residents with payments and applications
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with appropriate teams

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform outdoor inspections in varying weather
  • Availability for occasional evening meetings
