Key Responsibilities
ACC & Administrative Support
- Review and process architectural modification requests and appeals
- Coordinate with the Design Review Committee and prepare meeting materials/minutes
- Communicate decisions and respond to homeowner inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems
- Assist with training for homeowners and committee members
- Conduct property inspections for covenant compliance
- Issue and follow up on violations
- Document homeowner communications and maintain detailed records
- Coordinate with internal teams on enforcement and escalations
- Support annual meetings and community events
- Assist residents with payments and applications
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries
- Coordinate maintenance requests with appropriate teams
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform outdoor inspections in varying weather
- Availability for occasional evening meetings
