We’re looking for a seasoned Electrical Foreman who leads from the front, keeps teams moving, and ensures every project gets done safely, efficiently, and with pride.
This isn’t just supervision, it’s leadership with boots on the ground.
The Role:
As our Electrical Foreman, you'll guide and support a field crew while staying hands-on with the work that matters. You’ll plan, lead, and adapt daily to keep jobs on time, on budget, and up to our standards for commercial and industrial projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enforcing safety rules like it’s second nature
- Supervising & motivating field crews and subcontractors
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments to meet time and budget goals
- Reading blueprints, assigning tasks, solving problems, analyzing charts, work orders and other records to determine project requirements.
- Acts as a hands on foreman
- Communicating with the Project Manager daily
- Training the next generation of pros
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and running smooth
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 5–7 years in electrical work with leadership experience
- Strong blueprint reading & planning skills
- Excellent communication team coordination
- A hands-on mindset, and you lead by example
- The ability to think on your feet and solve problems fast
- Basic computer skills (for reporting, scheduling, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
