Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler -
The Ridge Foothill is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Care Team in a critical role - Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler. We call the role our Team Operations Director because that's how important we think the role is!
In this big role of Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler (we refer to this role as Team Operations Director), you will recruit, orient, schedule, and supervise our care team members. You will continue with training for our caregivers once they're oriented, but our two nurses will assume training and supervision of our Med Techs. In addition, we have key care partners help you with handling team member call offs, especially on overnights and weekends - as a true work/life balance is important to us!
You must have experience scheduling a large department that runs 24/7. Also, we are looking for someone with supervisory experience of front-line team members and recruitment/selection experience. These are all musts for our successful candidate. While we're all about developing talent, this is not the role to enter without the appropriate experience.

Qualifications of the Care Coordinator / Resident Care Director / Team Operations Director -
- Prefer two (2) years of experience managing employees, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Prefer a medication technician and someone with an active CNA Certification.
- Prior experiencing scheduling a large staff in a 24/7 environment is a must.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with seniors and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Requires an individual who is motivated and demonstrates initiative.

Salary is greatly dependent upon your experience in a similar role.
