- Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
- Work side by side assisting the Director of Nursing.
- Conference with famlies as needed.
- Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
- Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies and other providers.
- Assisting with CNA/Med Tech In-service training.
- Follow up on shift change notes.
- Communicating regularly with Nurse and Executive Director.
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.
- Ordering supplies as needed.
- Organizing vaccine clinic and yearly immunization form.
- Manage budget and spenddown.
Qualifications:
- Must have current CNA license
- Previous Med Tech experience
- Experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
- Great computer skills
- Problem solver
