The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests.
We are searching for an outstanding individual with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and love to work in a “fast-paced” and “positive” work environment. - Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
- Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards

- Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc.
- Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
- Document in the logbook any significant incidents
- Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
