As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential candidates for open positions based on their resumes. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the skill set needed for various roles and help create a pipeline of qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the criteria for open positions.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Maintain and update an organized database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Reach out to potential candidates via email, phone, or LinkedIn to gauge interest and encourage them to apply for open roles.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to better understand position requirements and the ideal candidate profile.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify top talent in relevant fields.
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on sourcing progress, including the number of candidates identified and the status of outreach efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Comfort with using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
