- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to design and deliver effective treatment plans.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Effective communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to perform physical duties of the role and adhere to safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Prior experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or injury-rehabilitation settings is preferred.
