What You’ll Do
- Hands-on process ownership: Take responsibility for end-to-end manufacturing processes related to power transmission components. Continuously refine machining parameters, tolerances, fixturing strategies, and process controls.
- CNC programming and optimization: Create, modify, and improve CNC programs using G-code for turning, milling, hobbing, grinding, and similar machining operations.
- Technical project support: Develop or assist with advanced programming solutions (e.g., Python, SQL, or C/C ) to support manufacturing data analysis, reporting, and process monitoring. Maintain process documentation such as standard work, work instructions, control plans, and process FMEAs.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machining and programming issues related to tool paths, feeds, speeds, machine performance, and overall process stability.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to support capacity planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, enhance design and manufacturing standards, and support cost-reduction efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Manufacturing experience: Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally supporting machined mechanical or power transmission components.
- Mechanical expertise: Strong foundation in machining process engineering and manufacturing fundamentals.
- CNC and drafting skills: Hands-on experience with CNC programming using G-code; familiarity with machining documentation and design interpretation.
- Attention to detail: Demonstrated ability to work accurately and thoroughly across technical and operational tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset: Commitment to delivering high-quality results and supporting internal and external customer needs.
- Communication skills: Clear and effective interpersonal communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Work Schedule
- First shift: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
