The Job
We're looking for a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist (AKA Customer Success) to join our team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water—without relying on fossil fuels or costly infrastructure. The Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist is a core teammate within the Customer Service department, which also consists of our Support agents. This role requires a proactive approach to Customer Success and is looking for any changes/improvements that need to be made as a department and adjust accordingly. The Customer Service team thrives on teamwork and everyone firing on all pistons to get customers happy and raving about RPS. We operate as one whole unit and recognize that while we all play different roles within the department, we are all one team. When times are busy, we help one another, even when it doesn't fall under our defined role because we closely follow our customer service mantra.
Key responsibilities:
- Take calls/call out to customers for fulfillment and customer related issues.
- File shipping claims for lost/damaged orders.
- Communicate production delays with customers.
- Call carriers when there are shipping delays.
- Recognize areas of opportunity and actively improve customer experience with receiving their orders.
- Monitor and report on freight over 48 hours and shipping over 24 hours.
- Add/update fulfillment information in our DIY Success Center.
- Solve tickets for fulfillment related issues.
- Place orders for extra parts or add-ons for the customer if they are needing something after the sale.
- Maintain clear communication with sales, warehouse, shipping, freight, and inventory. When communication is lacking, brainstorm how to remedy this.
- Delve into the reasonings behind shipping mistakes and find solutions
- High-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding work that matters. Compensation for this role is $22.00/hour depending on experience.
