Job Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water - without relying on fossil fuels or costly infrastructure. If you love solving real-world problems, supporting independent communities, and being part of something that actually makes a difference, you’ll feel right at home here.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, installation, and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, text, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with customers and teammates to identify and resolve system-related concerns.
- Generate, update, and manage tickets with customer information and thorough notes using CRM and ticket-based software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved satisfactorily and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update internal and external documents to accurately reflect system and equipment specifications.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with teammates and customers.
- High-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust.
