Whether scheduling appointments, answering patient's questions, presenting treatment plans and/or collecting payments, the Customer Care Coordinator plays an important role on the team by making sure the office flows smoothly and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a dental environment.
- Computer literate a must (Denticon experience is a plus).
- Bilingual a plus
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred
- Insurance billing experience a plus
- Customer Service experience
- Must have reliable transpiration
