Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
- Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding maintenance requests and scheduling
- Assist with tenant inquiries and office correspondence
- Schedule inspections, service calls, and appointments
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Assist with lease documentation and notices
- Track maintenance requests and follow up with vendors
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Professional phone and email communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in property management, real estate, or construction office environments
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio
- Experience coordinating with vendors and scheduling maintenance work
