What You'll Do

• Set up filling lines according to production schedules and work orders
• Select proper products, containers, lids, labels, and packaging materials
• Prepare equipment for production runs
• Change line setups to support different production needs
• Monitor fill rates and production output
• Verify product counts and production accuracy
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Make minor mechanical and electrical adjustments to production machinery
• Identify equipment issues and work with maintenance personnel when necessary
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to work independently after training
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Experience operating production equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Occasional lifting of heavier materials with assistance or equipment
• Ability to perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks in a manufacturing environment
