RPM ICG is seeking a motivated and dependable Filling Attendant to join our manufacturing team in Hudson, NC.
This position plays an important role in preparing finished products for shipment by safely filling, labeling, packaging, and moving finished goods throughout the production process. What You'll Do
- Fill finished product into containers and shipping vessels according to production instructions
- Properly seal, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Obtain and label quality retain samples as required
- Safely operate filling equipment and follow established filling procedures
- Clean tanks, equipment, and work areas following production standards
- Move finished goods to designated warehouse locations
- Complete production paperwork and batch records accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Use equipment to move heavier materials when necessary
- Work in a manufacturing environment while following required safety procedures
