Position Summary:
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation, review, and timely filing of external financial reports and SEC filings. This role ensures compliance with GAAP, SEC, and regulatory reporting requirements and partners closely with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
- Oversee external financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and review footnotes and MD&A disclosures
- Lead accounting research and implementation of new standards
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Mentor and support members of the financial reporting team
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of financial reporting and SEC experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting
- Public accounting and/or banking industry experience preferred
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
