RPh on the Go has partnered with a Pharmacy in New Providence, NJ to hire a full-time Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). This position focuses on pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state licensing within an enteral nutrition setting. No direct staff or production management responsibilities!
Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $135,000–$140,000 annually
Employment: Direct Hire
What You’ll Do
Oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state dispensing requirements.
Maintain compliance with state pharmacy boards, DEA regulations, audits, and licensing requirements.
Develop and enforce pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Active, unrestricted New Jersey Pharmacist license.
3–5 years of pharmacy experience and previous PIC or pharmacy management experience.
Ability to obtain TN, NY, and MA pharmacist licenses within 6 months (employer-paid).
Multi-state compliance, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion experience preferred.
Additional Incentive: Receive a $2,000 bonus for each additional required state license obtained while employed!
