Location and Scheduling:
- Worksite varies among stores in Akron, Cleveland, and Canton, OH
- Self-scheduling PRN model: choose shifts from a posted list monthly (around the 20th-22nd)
- Reliable transportation required for travel between locations
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive retail pharmacy services including prescription processing, inventory management, data entry, and customer service
- Supervise pharmacy technicians (typically 2-3 on shift) and manage pharmacy operations independently in lower-volume stores
- Maintain patient safety and compliance with all company and regulatory policies
- Utilize McKesson EnterpriseRx software for daily pharmacy workflow
Training and Onboarding:
- Complete three paid 8-hour training shifts before starting per diem assignments
- Training may occur at a location different from preferred work territory
- Smock/uniform provided for all pharmacists
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio pharmacist license required
- 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
