A healthcare facility is seeking a Staff Clinical/Infusion Pharmacist for an 8-12 week contract to provide essential verification and checking services within their infusion pharmacy operations. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential participation in an on-call rotation. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform checking and verification of infusion pharmacy orders
- Support pharmacy operations with infusion medication processes
- Additional duties may be assigned based on aptitude and experience
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current pharmacist license in good standing for Arizona
- Experience in infusion pharmacy strongly preferred
- Previous knowledge of intravenous (IV) therapies is a plus
- Proficiency with CareTend system is desirable
- Candidates with elevated pharmacy experience outside of chain retail are preferred
- Willingness to learn and train on specialized tasks within infusion pharmacy
