A Clinical Pharmacist position is available on a contract-to-hire basis in Brookfield, WI. This role requires a dedicated professional with recent IV and sterile compounding experience to support home infusion pharmacy services. Candidates must be willing to commit to a contract period of at least six months before transitioning to a permanent role.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- On call every 4th weekend
- One night per week on call
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify IV medication orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and mix IV medications in a clean room environment as needed
- Perform various clinical pharmacy duties related to home infusion therapy
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in sterile compounding
- Recent IV experience is required
- Preferably 2 years of recent home infusion pharmacy experience
- CPR certification is a plus
