Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-, senior-, and C-level positions across the organization
- Develop and execute targeted search strategies to attract executive-level talent
- Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and key stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and long-term potential
- Manage candidate pipelines with urgency and professionalism
- Create compelling role descriptions and ensure consistent, high-quality communication
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, offers, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reporting to support executive decision-making
- Represent the organization with professionalism and credibility in all interactions
Qualifications
- 5 years of corporate recruiting or executive search experience focused on leadership-level roles
- Proven success filling mid-management, senior leadership, and C-suite positions
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills
- Ability to work onsite daily in Plano, TX
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence executives and hiring partners
- Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
