Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Purchasing

Location: Verona, PA (Main Office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description:
RPC Video, Inc established in 1984 and a leading provider of audiovisual equipment and systems integration, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at our office in Verona, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of accounting-related duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, customer invoicing, managing accounts receivables, preparing aging reports for management, perform new customer credit checks.
- Perform equipment ordering/purchasing for projects.
- Utilize Sage for managing and tracking financial transactions.
- Prepare customer invoices.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts with accounts payable.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Sage is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Previous bookkeeping experience is an asset.
