What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at RPC Company?
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across US & Canada Regions.
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
✔ 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industries.
✔ Proven success recruiting across corporate functions including Engineering, Field Service, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, etc
✔ Experience with CRMs like SAP
✔ Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Indeed
✔ Experience supporting Shared Services or Center of Excellence environment
