- Oversee end-to-end rollout execution — from analysis to hypercare — including data migration, local integrations, testing, training, and go-live.
- Manage a virtual, cross-functional team of country leads, change agents, and business analysts to deliver results across diverse markets.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure user adoption, process alignment, and business continuity.
- Maintain visibility into regional budgets, timelines, and risk management activities, ensuring delivery excellence.

- Proven experience in project and change management, leading global or multi-country initiatives.
- Broad understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, service, etc.).
- Practical experience with organizational change management and training for ERP adoption.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in decentralized, multinational environments using virtual collaboration tools.
- A structured, proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize, anticipate challenges, and deliver under tight timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related discipline.
- (Preferred) Project Management accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
