Primary Responsibilities: The construction superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction mechanical and electrical crews.

- Provide leadership to the construction mechanical maintenance and electrical teams

- Develop and maintain a workforce that is experienced, motivated, and committed to organizational objectives
- Serve as key resource and point of contact between facility leadership, project managers, and engineers on project work.
- Implement, monitor, and drive project scheduling and completion
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates while addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed
Job Experience: A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.
- 5 years of proven ability in leadership
- In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, construction management, or related field, preferred
- Familiarity with blueprints, Auto-CAD, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
