The Position
We are a St. Louis based sales and marketing company that works with brands across a range of industries. Our customer-focused campaigns help those brands increase visibility, connect with new audiences and generate sales through direct, face-to-face engagement.
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will represent our clients directly, communicate with customers, support campaign activity and help create positive experiences around each brand. This is an onsite role focused on sales, customer engagement and in-person marketing. It is not a remote or digital marketing position.
Your Day to Day
- Represent client brands in a professional and approachable manner
- Speak with customers and understand their questions, interests and needs
- Introduce customers to relevant products, services or brand offers
- Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns
- Build positive relationships through clear and confident communication
- Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign information
- Work closely with team members to meet daily campaign goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions and ongoing training
- Share customer feedback and useful campaign insights with management
