We are seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Kansas City, MO. In this dynamic role, you will provide critical on-site support to ensure client accounts and market campaigns run smoothly, professionally, and profitably. From building direct client-customer relationships to managing account logistics and campaign analytics, you will play a hands-on role in driving brand awareness and customer retention across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Execution & Client Representation: Oversee daily account activity, client messaging, and brand presentations for target consumer groups across Kansas City.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as a primary on-site point of contact for prospective customers, addressing inquiries, presenting tailored product solutions, and securing long-term account acquisition.
- Administrative & Data Tracking: Maintain client account logs, campaign schedules, performance sheets, and customer feedback reports using Excel and Google Workspace.
- Campaign & Inventory Oversight: Track promotional collateral, campaign assets, and account deliverables to ensure all resources are aligned pre- and post-activation.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure daily outreach directly supports client revenue goals.
What We're Looking For (Entry-Level)
- Education & Experience: Open to all degree backgrounds (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome). Prior account management experience is not required—full structured training is provided.
- Technical & Data Familiarity: Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for tracking daily reporting and metrics.
- Organizational Abilities: Sharp attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a energetic environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Work Ethic & Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the agility to adapt quickly to changing account goals and client priorities.
