Good marketing starts with understanding an audience, communicating the right message, and finding ways to make a brand stand out. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist in Birmingham, AL to support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and help strengthen brand awareness.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with organization. You’ll work across different marketing projects, help prepare campaign materials, research audiences, and coordinate with team members to keep activities moving from planning through to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaign documents.
- Research target audiences, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, project deadlines, and promotional requirements.
- Assist with email marketing, social media content, and other communication activities.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation.
- Track campaign progress and maintain records of marketing activity.
- Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the wider team.
- Help organize promotional events and coordinate related materials and logistics.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather information and keep projects on track.
- Prepare basic campaign updates and reports to support planning and decision-making.
