We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and creative Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating projects, and helping bring promotional ideas to life.
You’ll work alongside the marketing team to prepare materials, support campaigns, research new opportunities, and keep projects organised from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and communications for different audiences.
- Support social media content planning and the organisation of digital marketing materials.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Maintain organised records of marketing activities, materials, and project updates.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure marketing tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with brand consistency across promotional materials and communications.
- Provide general administrative support to keep marketing projects running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative approach and an interest in marketing, branding, or promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

- Previous experience in marketing, administration, retail promotions, or a related field is helpful but not essential.

Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position based in Fort Worth, TX. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
