We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities, help coordinate campaigns, and contribute to promotional projects. This is an opportunity to develop practical marketing skills while working alongside a team focused on brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
- Support social media updates and website content management.
- Conduct basic market research and gather information on competitors and industry trends.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Maintain marketing files, contact lists, and campaign records.
- Monitor campaign activity and help compile performance reports.
- Work with team members to ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, or communications.
- Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Position Details
- Pay: $18–$22 per hour
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
