Events Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded client based in New York City. They are looking for a driven and personable Events Assistant to support the delivery of client-facing campaigns and activations across a broad range of industries.

This is a varied, people-focused role that sits at the intersection of client services and campaign delivery. You will play an active part in bringing campaigns to life, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure activity is executed consistently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

— Supporting the coordination and on-the-ground delivery of client campaigns across multiple sectors

— Serving as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout campaign activity, ensuring a professional experience at every touchpoint

— Managing scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day requirements in line with agreed client briefs

— Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and wider stakeholders

— Feeding back insights from campaign activity to support ongoing client strategy

— A confident and approachable communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels

— Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail

— Composed and solutions-focused when working in a busy, fast-moving environment

— Adaptable across different client sectors and campaign types

— No prior experience necessary — a positive attitude and eagerness to develop are what we value most
