We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our growing on-site team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be at the centre of live brand experiences — managing event logistics, engaging with customers, and ensuring every activation reflects the highest professional standard.
Core responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver in-person brand events, community activations, and promotional campaigns
• Serve as the lead on-site representative, managing the customer experience from arrival to close
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders ahead of and during events
• Brief and oversee support staff during activations
• Compile post-event reports and present learnings to the wider team
What we need from you:
• A degree in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A natural communicator who is comfortable leading in a public-facing environment
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Columbus — including some evenings and weekends
