Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

You don’t need marketing experience to bring good listening skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant in Indianapolis to support live promotions and face-to-face brand campaigns.
You’ll help prepare campaign materials, welcome attendees, and explain client products and services. This is a people-facing role with practical activity at local campaign venues.
Get Involved in the Campaign
- Prepare promotional materials, signage, and displays.
- Welcome customers and introduce campaign activities.
- Ask questions and explain relevant brand information clearly.
- Support presentations and product demonstrations.
- Record customer feedback and update campaign trackers.
- Help with setup, pack-down, and keeping resources organized.
Bring Your People Skills
No marketing degree or previous marketing experience is required. Experience in Indianapolis shops, restaurants, hotels, community activities, or other public-facing settings is welcome.
You should be dependable, comfortable meeting new people, and open to feedback. Basic computer skills and attention to detail will also help you get started.
Paid Training From the Start
You’ll learn campaign preparation, brand messaging, and customer engagement alongside experienced colleagues. Coaching will help you build presentation confidence and develop your coordination skills.
