Marketing projects need someone who can keep the details moving, coordinate information, and make sure the right materials are ready at the right time. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant in Chicago, IL to support campaign preparation, organize promotional activities, and help the team deliver marketing projects efficiently.
You’ll work across different assignments, from researching market opportunities and preparing content to coordinating deadlines and maintaining campaign records. This is an opportunity to build practical experience while contributing to a team that values communication, organization, and fresh ideas.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
- Prepare presentations, promotional documents, and supporting marketing materials.
- Research competitors, industry developments, and customer interests.
- Help organize campaign schedules, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Draft and proofread marketing emails, announcements, and other written content.
- Support the preparation of website, social media, and promotional content.
- Maintain marketing calendars, contact lists, campaign records, and digital files.
- Gather information to support campaign reports and project updates.
- Coordinate with colleagues to collect materials and meet campaign deadlines.
- Help prepare meetings, brainstorming sessions, and marketing presentations.
- Track outstanding tasks and follow up on approvals or missing information.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
