Entry-Level Marketing Assistant

You enjoy meeting someone new, finding out what interests them, and explaining information clearly. We’re hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant in Philadelphia to bring those strengths to face-to-face promotions and live brand campaigns.
No marketing experience is required. You’ll receive paid training and work alongside colleagues who will help you prepare, practice, and build confidence.
What You’ll Get Involved In
- Prepare promotional materials, displays, and campaign supplies.
- Welcome customers and attendees at local campaign venues.
- Introduce client brands and explain products or services accurately.
- Support presentations and answer routine questions.
- Record audience feedback and update campaign trackers.
- Help with setup, pack-down, and daily team preparation.
Bring the Experience You Already Have
Retail, restaurant, hospitality, volunteering, and community-facing experience are welcome. You don’t need a marketing degree or a particular career background.
We value reliability, attentive listening, good organization, and a willingness to act on feedback. You should feel comfortable approaching people and working cooperatively with a team.
Learn Through Participation
Training will cover brand messaging, customer engagement, and campaign procedures. You’ll develop presentation and coordination skills through practical assignments and coaching.
