Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Nursing Services Department
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Manage department budgets including staffing, equipment, and supplies
- Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Respond efficiently in urgent and emergency situations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the Skilled nursing setting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Director of Nursing in the Skilled Nursing Setting.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitative, restorative, and long-term care practices
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
