What You'll Do:

• Be the hero for our members by answering their questions, resolving concerns, and making mortgage loan adjustments with a smile.
• Create unforgettable member experiences by delivering top-quality, efficient, and effective service in every interaction.
• Communicate like a pro with leaders, peers, team members, vendors, and members.
• Tackle and resolve issues related to Mortgage and HELOC loan products with finesse.
• Perform monetary and non-monetary adjustments to members' mortgage and HELOC loans and escrow accounts.
• Bring your innovative ideas to the table and help us improve our processes.
• Process mortgage and HELOC payoffs accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and record satisfaction of mortgages and HELOCs within the required timeframe of the loan payoff.
• Handle property damage claims with care, maintaining open lines of communication with members, contractors, insurance providers, and inspectors.

• Compensation: $20.02 - $22.46 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What’s needed for this career opportunity:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to de-escalate upset members and address their service needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

We’d Love to See:

• Experience working in a call center environment and/or financial institution

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, working approximately 40 hours per week.
• Variable hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.        
• This is a fully remote position once trained, with the ability to work on-site/hybrid if you want.

Training:

• Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. 
• Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
