Compensation: This is a salaried position with a $150,000 - $160,000 base performance-based profit share

Position Summary: As Managing Director, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will work closely with our business coaches and the Founder to ensure our "Gold Standard" is met on every call.

Work ScheduleQualification Requirements
- Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
- Job Experience: Previous GM or high-level Operations Management experience in the trades is required.
