To support that vision, we are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead day-to-day operations with excellence, allowing our President to focus on continued expansion.

Compensation: This is a salaried position with a $150,000 - $160,000 base performance-based profit share

Position Summary: As Managing Director, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will work closely with our business coaches and the Founder to ensure our "Gold Standard" is met on every call.

• Operational Command: Oversee daily efficiency across management, technicians, and dispatch.

Work ScheduleQualification Requirements

• Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
• Job Experience: Previous GM or high-level Operations Management experience in the trades is required.
• Mindset: A "buck-stops-here" attitude with a focus on solutions, not excuses.
