We are growing and currently seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs, present HVAC system options, and recommend customized solutions. This position emphasizes consultative sales, delivering a professional, pressure-free experience that drives high customer satisfaction and strong close rates.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified residential customers
- Evaluate existing HVAC systems and comfort concerns
- Present system replacement options, pricing, and financing clearly and professionally
- Build trust and rapport while guiding customers to the best solution for their home
- Close sales in the home and meet or exceed performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation using company systems
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution

Work Schedule: flexible schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed
Compensation: Base commission. Target yearly income $200,000
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- At least 5 years of HVAC field experience
- 2 years of sales experience is preferred
- Experience working with Service Titan software is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
- Ability to access residential basements, attics, crawl spaces, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
