Royal Case Company is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role supports our sales team, customers, and internal departments by helping manage customer communication, order details, CRM updates, follow-ups, and daily account support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, has strong attention to detail, and knows how to communicate professionally with customers.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order updates, questions, follow-ups, and general account support
- Enter and update customer information in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and records
- Support the sales team with customer follow-up and project tracking
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools daily
- Help coordinate information between sales, production, shipping, and customer service
- Follow up on customer requests to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide a positive customer experience while protecting company standards and processes
Required Experience
Qualified candidates should have:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working directly with customers by phone and email
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience using a CRM system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Professional communication skills
- A dependable work history and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
The strongest candidates will have:
- Previous CRM experience in a sales, manufacturing, logistics, or order-management environment
- Experience supporting a sales team
- Experience working with customer accounts, orders, quotes, or production timelines
- Ability to learn systems quickly and work independently once trained
